Error Messages & Troubleshooting:
- You will receive a “Draft View Error” message if the check is no longer available in imaging (cleared more than 60 days ago) or if the check was cashed at a LorMet office. Please contact a member service representative to order a copy of checks paid over 60 days ago.
- If you have waited several minutes and the online banking screen says "Draft View - Your image has been opened in a new window." Minimize the Online Banking window and check to see if the check image popped up behind it. You may also have pop-up blockers set on your browser. Take a look at your browser settings and add LorMet's imaging site to the list of allowed or trusted sites.
