Was your LorMet Debit Mastercard® declined at a variety store (such as Dollar General, Family Dollar)?
Due to a sudden increase in fraudulent activity, we now require that you use your PIN to complete your purchase at some general merchandise stores. When using your card at these stores, you must select the “debit” option and enter your PIN. You will not be able to sign for the transaction.
Can’t remember your card’s PIN?
Simply call 1-800-992-3808 and follow the automated prompts to create a new PIN for your debit card. Remember to use the primary member’s identifying information when prompted.
