Get Started with Samsung Pay™

To add your LorMet credit or debit card to your mobile wallet on a Samsung® device, make sure your device supports Samsung Pay™ HERE.


    Download the Samsung Pay™  app HERE, open it, click the ‘Get Started’ button, then create your Samsung Pay™ backup PIN.


    Press the ‘Cards’ button at the top left of the screen, and then ‘Add cards’


    Use your device’s camera to take a picture of your card for automatic data entry, or simply enter your card information manually.


   Select a card verification method from the on-screen list of options (SMS/text, email, phone, etc.) and follow the verification instructions.


You’re all set! Now, let’s learn how to make a contactless payment with Samsung Pay™.


How to use Samsung Pay™ in stores and restaurants:


   From the lock screen, swipe up from the small Samsung Pay bar and select the card you want to pay with.


   Hold the back of your phone near the payment terminal. You may be prompted to enter your debit card pin.


   A notification will pop up on your phone, indicating the payment was accepted.

Where to use Samsung Pay™

Unlike Apple Pay™ or Google Pay™, Samsung Pay™ works at almost any store that accepts credit or debit cards, rather than only those with tap-to-pay terminals. It also contains a cash-back feature but does not include a way to pay friends and family. All three mobile wallets use tokenization to keep your account information safe and secure.
