Introducing LorMet CardControl

We are thrilled to announce an enhanced LorMet cardholder experience with the upgraded LorMet CardControl mobile app, replacing CardValet!

LorMet CardControl features:

• Budget with quick and easy insights using the brand-new Spending Insights tool, which details your card usage by month and merchant type.
• Control your LorMet Debit Card by receiving transaction alerts and defining when, where, and how your card is used.
• Turn off your LorMet Debit Card anytime using the LorMet CardControl app’s On/Off Feature.
• Track merchants where your card is on file and any recurring payments using the brand-new Card On File tool.
• Receive alerts when a card is used or a transaction has been attempted but declined. Alerts are sent in real-time, immediately after the transaction has taken place.
• Travel without interruptions to your card. Set your travel plans in the LorMet CardControl app and enjoy your trip.
• Manage transactions to merchants located within a certain range of your location with My Location, transactions outside of your specified range can be declined.
• Geo-tracking shows where purchases were made, including contact information for listed merchants.
• Establish spending limits for extra control. The LorMet CardControl app can allow transactions up to a certain dollar value and decline transactions when amounts exceed your defined thresholds.
• Manually change the PIN for your LorMet Debit Card free of charge.

Did you previously use the CardValet app?

• As of Wednesday, December 6th, 2023, the CardValet app will no longer be active.
• To use the upgraded LorMet CardControl app:
  • Download the LorMet CardControl app from your app store
  • Register as a New User
  • Add your LorMet Debit Card to LorMet CardControl
• Once your card is added, all existing alerts from your CardValet profile will migrate to LorMet CardControl as they are linked to your card number.
