This upgrade will include:

  • Sign in with Face ID or Touch in the LorMet Mobile App
  • Chat with Member Service


Features you’ve come to rely upon, like 24/7 Mobile Check Deposit, will still be included in the new Mobile App.

Q: Will I need to re-enroll in Online Banking to use the upgraded version?

A: Nope! Your logins will remain the same.


Q: Will my Online Banking System update automatically on January 20th?

A: Yes, just visit and make sure to update your bookmark!


Q: Will my LorMet Mobile App update automatically on January 20th?

A: Yes, if you use automatic updates. Otherwise, please visit the App Store or Google Play Store and download the most recent version of the app.


Q: I would like to use the Bill Pay feature in the LorMet Mobile App, but it shows up blank. What do I do?

A: Enrollment in our Bill Pay service must be completed in a web browser via Online Banking. After enrolling online, you will be able to access Bill Pay in the LorMet Mobile App.


Q: Does it cost anything to use Mobile Check Deposit?

A: No, Mobile Check Deposit is free to use!


Q: Can I still use the old Mobile App?

A: Yes, but Mobile Check Deposits can only be accepted in the upgraded app.
